Egg donation is not allowed in Turkey. We will assist the couple in our
other center at Northern Cyprus.
PRE TREATMENT:
An ultrasound scan will be needed. We will look at the lining of the womb.
If there are any cysts, myoms, fibroids, etc these need to be taken out before
we start with the treatment.
If the uterus is clear then we will look at the thickness of the lining of
the womb.
According to the result pre treatment medications can be given.
In general, if there are menstrual cycles, GNRH agonist medications will be
started on day 21 of the menstrual cycle. The following cycle will start
1 week later.
If there are no menstrual cycles, then treatment can start on any day.
IVF Turkey offers 2 options for the egg donation treatment.
a) Treatment starts in Turkey:
Treatment starts on day 2 of the menstrual cycle of the woman.
12 days will be spent in Istanbul and 5-6 days in Cyprus totaling 17-18
days.
In Istanbul, medications will be given to stimulate the eggs. Patient will
fly to Cyprus 1 day before the egg collection. Egg collection, ICSI and embryo
transfer will be done in Cyprus..
Costs :
Medical cost for one ICSI plan will be 4800 Euros + 150 Euros medication
cost
Hotel and travel related expenses will cost either 1500 Euros or 2060 Euros
depending on the hotel choice.
This fee includes the following:
A, Hotel cost in Istanbul for 11 nights at Taksim Gonen Hotel http://www.taksimgonen.com
, including breakfast for 2 people. ( This is
the hotel for the 2100 Euros option)
D, Airport pick up and drop off in both Turkey and Cyprus
Total is about 6255 Euros excluding
airfares between home country and Cyprus and pre treatment costs.
